Sara has made her home in the Turks & Caicos Islands for over fourteen years, after a career as a management consultant based in London, England. She developed a small resort on Middle Caicos, and become a naturalized citizen of the Turks & Caicos Islands in 2002. Her background includes a Master of Science in Business Studies (London 1983), and she brings a full range of skills to land investment research, to real estate sales, to generational land claims and to the logistics and supervision of island development projects.

Forbes, Forbes & Forbes Ltd. was established in 2002, to promote TCI property outside of Providenciales.

In 2005, Sara developed a special real estate service focused on the island of Pine Cay. Her appreciation of the pristine natural environment there and the quiet lifestyle of the community of members reflects her own choice of life on Middle Caicos – a 50 square mile island with 300 residents.
